CeeLo Green has been cleared on the sexual assault charges he faced earlier this year.
Still, the singer is not out of the woods yet, as he still faces one count of Ecstasy possession and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, according to NBC News.
Green was originally accused of sexual assault after allegedly giving the drug to a woman, and though L.A. prosecutors are not moving ahead on those charges, instead focusing on whether he placed the Ecstasy in her drink.
Regardless of the controversy, the musician still has a safe spot on NBC’s “The Voice.”
Executive producer Mark Burnett tells TMZ that they are not planning to make any changes on the current season, adding, “CeeLo will not be fired.”
Shakira and Usher are expected to return for the spring cycle alongside Blake Shelton and Adam Levine, but beyond that, nothing is certain.
“The Voice” airs Monday and Tuesday nights at 8pm on NBC.
