Halle Berry
and her partner Olivier Martinez welcomed their son over the weekend, and now, the child has a name!

The boy will be called Maceo-Robert Martinez, a combination of a family name and a tie to Olivier’s Spanish roots.

According to “People,” “Maceo” comes from Spanish origin and means “gift of God,” while Robert is the name of Olivier’s father, who was a Spanish boxer.

The child is Berry’s second, as she has a 5-year-old daughter, Nahla Ariela, from a past relationship.

Just before giving birth, Berry announced that she had teamed up with the legendary Steven Spielberg for “Extant,” a CBS series centered on a female astronaut who returns who, which will debut in summer 2014.

The actress will next reprise her role as Storm in the upcoming “X-Men: Days of Future Past,” in which the cast of the “X-Men: First Class” prequel will come face-to-face with their future counterparts played by the actors from the original trilogy.
