’s family has something of a sordid history, to say the least, so the latest news should really come as no surprise.

Still, Farrow’s declaration that the late Frank Sinatra could have fathered her 25-year-old son Ronan rather than Woody Allen is still comes as a bit of a shock.

Though DNA testing has not been done, the “Rosemary’s Baby” star tells “Vanity Fair” that Sinatra, whom she calls the great love of her life, “possibly” fathered Ronan Farrow.

Nancy Sinatra Jr. responded to questioning about Ronan’s possible paternity in a simple email, saying, “He is a big part of us, and we are blessed to have him in our life.”

Ronan poked fun at the news online, writing, “Listen, we’re all *possibly* Frank Sinatra’s son.”

Now a lawyer in talks for his on MSNBC program, the child prodigy, who attended college at age 11, is no stranger to jokes about his lineage.

Last year, Ronan referenced the infamous moment in which Allen left Farrow for their adopted daughter, Soon-Yi Previn, tweeting:
