Well, that was fast! Amber Tamblyn is officially bringing the Harper back to “Two And A Half Men.”
The “House” actress has already been made a permanent addition to the hit CBS comedy, according to Deadline.
Her character, Charlie Harper’s (Charlie Sheen) long-lost daughter, Jenny, debuted on the show’s season premiere last Thursday.
Originally, Tamblyn was set to appear in a five-episode arc as she got to know her uncle Alan (Jon Cryer), and as a series regular, she will still star in five of the first season 11 episodes.
Now that both Angus T. Jones and Sheen have left the series, the series needed a third lead to star alongside Cryer and Sheen’s replacement, Ashton Kutcher.
Tamblyn, in addition to her season-long arc on “House,” is best known for her starring role on another CBS series, “Joan of Arcadia.”
“Two And A Half Men” airs Thursdays at 9:30 pm on CBS. Did you tune in for the season premiere? What do you think of the addition of Amber Tamblyn to the show?
