Katy Perry’s video for “Roar” is easily the best thing you’ll see all day.

Even before the video’s release, the leadoff single from her upcoming album “Prism” has already shot to the top of the charts, scoring  her 8th no. 1 single.

In the junglefied new video, Katy does her best Jane, though this Jane is in no need of a Tarzan to “roar.”

She swings from vines, befriends monkeys and elephants, and brushes he teeth of a crocodile!

Near the end, the pop star even gets a tiger to bow down to her and wear a collar that seemingly belongs to her own real-life cat, the purrrrfectly-named Kitty Purry.

Katy let her fans choose her next single ahead of MTV’s Video Music Awards, so expect her to release “Dark Horse” on September 17.

When describing the song to MTV News, Perry said she takes on the persona of “a witch warning this man not to fall in love with me, and if you do know I’m going to be you’re last.”

Katy Perry’s “Prism” will be available on October 22.
