Lindsay Lohan has been a busy girl since leaving rehab, but surprisingly, it’s all been about the work.
The once-troubled star seems determined to get it right this time, and it seems like laughter really is the best medicine.
After a guest hosting gig on “Chelsea Lately” and a cameo on the HBO comedy “Eastbound & Down,” LiLo might be getting her most high-profile comedy job yet: hosting the season premiere of “Saturday Night Live.”
Radar Online reports that the 27-year-old actress has been contacted about returning to “SNL” for the sixth time.
“’Saturday Night Live’ has approached Lindsay to host the show again, and they were talking about the season opener,” a source tells Radar.
The star is said to be considering the offer, though she’ll likely hope for more to do than last year, when she hosted for the fifth time.
With Danny McBride, who created and stars in “Eastbound,” said to be working on an HBO comedy starring Lindsay, perhaps she has a bright future as a comedienne ahead of her.
