First Louis van Amstel, then Maksim, and now Kym Johnson?

The “Dancing with the Stars” performer is the latest pro to leave the hit ABC dancing competition series.

But don’t worry too much, because Kym tells “Us Weekly” that she’ll likely only be gone for one season, as she has joined an as-yet-unannounced in her native Australia.

“I will be taking the next season off from DWTS USA, so that I may accept an amazing work opportunity back home in Australia,” she tells “Us.” “I am excited, nervous and humbled by this chance and look forward to sharing it with you soon.”

Kym joined the U.S. series in season three and stayed for 14 seasons after first appearing as a professional dance partner on Australian’s version of the show.

“I wish all the dancers and celebrities in season 17 nothing but love and success and hope to see you all back on the dance floor for season 18,” she added.

ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” returns on Monday, September 16, and this season’s celebrity cast will be announced on the September 4 edition of “Good Morning America.”
