Actress Lisa Robin Kelly died yesterday at a rehab facility in California.

TMZ reports that the 43-year-old former “That ‘70s Show” star had voluntarily checked herself into the center because of an ongoing problem with alcohol.

Her agent tells TMZ, “She had been fighting demons for a while and finally lost her battle.”

Kelly, who played Eric Forman’s (Topher Grace) rebellious sister Laurie, had a rocky history with “That ‘70s Show,” leaving the series abruptly during the third season and returning briefly in the fifth.

After her departure from the show, she had few acting credits and remained under the radar until 2010, when she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

In the years to follow, Kelly was arrested on a number of DUI and assault charges, most recently after an incident with her then-husband Robert Gilliam.

The star’s new boyfriend says tension with Gilliam led her to relapse, and though he brought her to the rehab facility, she allegedly went into cardiac arrest last night.
