Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster has allegedly requested an emergency custody hearing to gain back primary custody of their two children.
According to People, the news comes just two days after 5-year-old Usher Raymond V was hospitalized due to a near-drowning incident, during which CPR had to be used to revive the boy when he got his hand stuck in the pool drain at "The Voice" coach's Atlanta home.
“Now that it's sunk in, she is livid,” a source close to Foster told “People.” “Usher has custody and won't let Tameka have the kids, even when he's out of town. She feels like the kids are being raised by his family or by nannies, when they should be with their mother.”
While the boy is said to be recovering, it was only last July that Foster’s 11-year-old son, Kile Glover, died after being struck by a jet ski in Georgia, People confirms.
We wish Usher’s son the speediest of recoveries and hope that his parents can work this matter out amicably.
