Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Rob Kardashian have been ordered to settle an ongoing lawsuit with their former stepmother, Ellen Kardashian.
A judge has ordered the four eldest Kardashian children and their momager, Kris Jenner, will meet on September 12 to negotiate the terms of a settlement in regard to Ellen’s alleged selling of intimate details from the late Robert Kardashian’s diaries.
According to Radar Online, Ellen, who married the Kardashian patriarch before his death in 2003, alleged that a 1989 entry in Robert’s diary featured evidence that Kris Jenner abused her children.
In response, the Kardashian family took her to court, after which she attempted to file a countersuit alleging “defamation, intentionally inflicting emotional distress, civil harassment, a civil conspiracy to defame and the public disclosure of private facts.”
On August 1, a magistrate set up the conference in September, telling both sides to come prepared to appear before the settlement judge.
