Andy Cohen finally stopped ignoring the elephant in the room regarding Teresa Giudice’s legal troubles with a little help from her “Real Housewives of New Jersey” co-star Caroline Manzo.
Manzo appeared on the August 4th edition of Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live” and revealed that she has been in touch with the Giudices’ indictment on 39 counts of fraud and other charges, “Us Weekly” reports.
“I texted her the day of the indictment, I did,” she said. “I sent a message that I’ll keep to myself, and she did respond back, which I’m going to keep to myself as well.
When pushed to comment further on her "RHONJ" castmate’s recent court appearance, Manzo added, “I think for us, the Housewives, we always comment on trivial things, and I think for me, the Manzos, our position is going to stay quiet. It’s just too big and too serious for the peanut gallery. I’m just going to leave it at that.”
Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice, have been barred from leaving New Jersey and New York in the wake of the indictment. Joe, an Italian citizen, faces deportation if convicted on these charges.
