Whether you are a Fan-ilow or a Mani-loather, there is no denying that
Barry Manilow is one of the most successful adult contemporary singers like... ever.  Named Rolling Stone’s “greatest showman of our generation,” the professional stats on Manilow are truly impressive, including his 35 consecutive Top 40 hits and more than 80 million albums sold worldwide.

In celebration of his 70th birthday earlier this week, we present to you Barry’s Top 5 Jingles: commercial songs written and sung by Manilow that are more likely to get stuck in your head than “Copacabana (At the Copa)” or “Mandy”—like you ever thought that was possible!

1.   Band-Aid's "Stuck on Me"

If you don’t know the lyrics to Band-Aid’s “Stuck On Me” jingle, you might want to check your pulse!

2.   State Farm's "Like a Good Neighbor"

Just like the Band-Aid song, we’d be shocked if you didn’t recognize State Farm’s “Like a Good Neighbor,” also the brainchild of Manilow.

3.   McDonald's "You Deserve a Break Today"

While Manilow did not write the McDonald’s jingle, you can hear him singing in the company’s various 1970s “You Deserve a Break Today” ads.

4. Pepsi's "Feelin' Free"

If you prefer Pepsi to Coca-Cola, Manilow’s catchy 1975 “Feelin’ Free” commercial might be behind it!

5. Bowlene's "Bathroom Bowl Blues"

Maybe the least famous of his jingles, but still one our favorites, Bowlene’s “Bathroom Bowl Blues.
