MAGIC Contests
Win a pair of tix to Cocktails & Love Tails 2/6 @ The House of Blues Foundation Room!

Are black swans the original love birds? Learn more about true love in the animal kingdom when you join us for "Cocktails and Love Tales" at the House of Blues Boston Foundation Room on February 6.

The event benefits Franklin Park Zoo and Stone Zoo, and guests will mix and mingle in the exclusive Foundation Room, sip cocktails, sample tasty hors d’oeuvres, and dancing! Attendees will receive a complimentary glass of wine, thanks to Barefoot Wine & Bubbly.

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, this 21+ event will feature a talk from 7:00 – 7:30 p.m. by Dr. Rory Browne, zoo historian and member of Zoo New England's Board of Directors, highlighting animal courtship and mating rituals.

Do animals find each other appealing or attractive? What are the similarities and differences between human and animal courtship? What can the techniques that animals use to attract mates teach us about friendship and romance? Join us for titillating tales from the animal kingdom because, when it comes down to it, there are more similarities than differences between people and their non-human relatives!

-$25 per ticket, general event admission
-$100 per ticket, includes general event admission plus an exclusive encounter with the giraffes at Franklin Park Zoo.*

*Please note: The giraffe encounter must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
